We are inundated with conflicting information about almost everything. Frustration comes from having to constantly determine what is real, what is fake, what is truth, and what is deceptive propaganda. By focusing on the purity of the most basic formal properties of art, my making becomes a meditation that enables me to escape from external worries and conflicts, both real and perceived.
